14 credits in Level 2 Geography or with the approval of the HOF.


Geography

Y13 students will be analysing the location of global patterns such as deserts in the world. They will also study a contemporary geographic issue taking place in Aotearoa or the Pacific Islands. Our geographers will also be looking at coastal areas and conducting their own investigation on how coasts have shaped New Zealand’s landscape. Throughout the year students will be focusing on geographic concepts and skills which will be applicable for a range of subjects.
